I am a passionate advocate for the production of artists' moving image work in Scotland, whether that be through research, teaching and the supervision of doctoral students, or through the commissioning of artists for the various projects I'm involved in.  In my developing role as a producer, a key motivation for me is realising ways to support artists to produce ambitious, feature-length projects, and to explore ways to bridge the gap between existing provision for artists and the wider screen sector in Scotland.
